Queen Nesta
Queen Nesta rules the deep, dark Kingdom of Acheron, located in the depths of the Black Sea.
She originally hails from a long line of sirens- yes, those kind of sirens. Dissastified with the literal man-eating culture of her predecessors, Nessy attempted to venture off on her own path, trying to shake the siren name. Along the way, however, she met and fell in love with a brazen, dashing sailor- the Pirate King Azazel.
Her father, refusing to accept the notion, brewed up a tremendous storm, causing Zaz's ship to plummet to the bottom of the sea, leaving him to die beneath the powerful undertow.
Upon Nessy's desperate plea and solemn oath to return to her people, her demented father agreed to give the pirate back his life- upon one condition: he too would have to become one of them- Siren-kind. Thus, Nessy was trapped back into the life she disdained, taking her love along with her.
Upon their marraige night, Nessy and Zaz staged a coup and overthrew her father, locking him away for the rest of his miserable days.
Now, Nessy and Zaz, upon assending the throne as Queen and King, have made it their royal ambition to convert the siren-kind of Acheron into a peaceful, pleasant world of merfolk.

Her favorite color is yellow, the color of sunshine, and her special talent is singing, but for good intentions.
